spent a very quiet day…

talked with one of my girls for a few minutes this morning and then didn’t talk with anyone for the remainder of the day…

didn’t take a single picture…

lazed around… did a few chores around the house and napped or watched TV…

had a bad night… couldn’t sleep and so was up for 3 or 4 hours in the middle and I think that put me off a bit today…

in a few days it will be a year and a half since George died…

having a bit of a poor me day…
