had a wonderFULL birthday…

started early in the morning with a hot tub where I listened to sparrows and blue jays and watched geese flying over…

talked to my kids here and away, and made a few plans for my trip to Ottawa…

then out for brunch with my BS friends…

we had a great time together, as always, and enjoyed our meal at Elements…

spent the rest of the day with my family… went to the zoo and visited the lions and tigers, played in the new Tundra playground and had a quick drink…

then dinner at The Captain’s Table and a movie…

when I walked into the bedroom one of the glass hearts in the window was glittering, which I haven’t seen before…

just the way my heart felt…
