had a very poor sleep last night… when I got up I started the day with a hot tub…

after a shower I sat out in the garden and read and thought about doing a bit of weeding…

designed and printed a birthday card for my grandson, which I was able to do from my chair in the garden, thanks to some of the work of my son-in-law when they were here last weekend…

was just thinking about making something to eat when my daughter texted to let me know she was at the hospital with a possible broken foot…

spent the next three hours with her in Emergency…

she was right, it was broken and they put a splint on it… we made it to their house for the birthday party with an hour to spare…

helped with the party and got a ride home and am now heading for bed… the day didn’t turn out quite as planned or expected…
