this morning I got up and went out to the garden to enjoy it before the rain came…
beautiful morning and the garden smells wonderful as there is alyssum planted all over the place…
had tea and read some of the fifth Game of Thrones book…
eventually I did a bit of weeding and as I worked around the pond I spotted this little guy…
from my research I think it is a wood frog… very exciting as we’ve never had them visit the pond before… for quite a few years we had leopard frogs spend time here, one year we actually had four…
then, just as the thunder started I spotted three fish babies in the pond… they are about an inch long so will likely survive… wasn’t able to get any pics but will try tomorrow…
the rain came down in buckets…
remember, I watered the plants last night, lol..
