some beautiful flowers this morning…
lovely purple morning glory…
the morning glory had something like 13 flowers open on it… and they went right around the side of the house…

another of the spotted dahlias was blooming and I got a shot of one of the bigger tomatoes which is growing in a pot by the back door…

yay, it’s Friday… been quite a week…
and, I think the pond might be fixed…
light shining through morning glory…
got some good shots of the morning glories this morning… and a couple of the hibiscus beginning to unfurl…

as I was driving home I was craving the wings I never got earlier this week, and coleslaw, for some reason… in the mail was a flyer from a local place and they had both items so I called, ordered and had a lovely dinner, with enough leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch…
float in the pond that doesn’t seem to be leaking…

excited to get up and check out the morning glory today…
it was a beautiful shade of purple and I got some great pictures with a new camera app that I downloaded called PocketCam… looks like it takes good pictures… two different people suggested I enter at least one in a contest…
first morning glory this summer…
as I was backing down the driveway I spotted a goldfinch at the feeder and got a couple of pictures…

pretty good way to start the morning…
on my way home I picked up some lovely long glads… a lovely way to finish off the workday as well…

connected with both of my girls… all in all a darn fine day…
