spent a couple of hours this morning at a QNET conference… the topic was Cultivating Corporate Culture and the speaker we heard was Ron McMillan…

I really enjoyed Ron’s presentation… many stories interspersed with statistics and I really appreciated how he walked throughout the entire space while he was speaking…

reminded me of a fabulous conference I attended a number of years ago where the speaker podium was clear, and turned during the presentation so that everyone had an opportunity to view the speaker…

the main take away for me was to encourage others to speak up and remember to do it myself in all of life’s situations…

looking forward to reading his book Crucial Conversations…
