look up, look out…

that was today’s motto as I took a drive to Carberry with my friend…

weather was perfect and there was lots of conversation and snacking going on…

stopped in Spruce Woods Provincial Park and got a few nice pictures…

the wind was making this little guy’s tail wave in a tree at the rest stop…

we were astonished at the waterline, visible on the trees for miles, from the flooding this past summer…

there were wonderful cloud formations all the way along… just caught the sunset in the rear view mirror…

didn’t last more than about thirty seconds…

finally enjoyed these beautiful pink tinged clouds… just before the dark took over the sky… last night we changed from Central Daylight to Central Standard time so it got dark an hour earlier than the night before… of course it is lighter when we get up…
