yesterday I walked home from Portage Avenue…

first time in weeks that I’ve actually walked outside because it has been so cold… by the time I got home my hips were killing me… yikes I am out of shape…

at lunch today it was nice, although not as nice as yesterday… I walked down to the grocery store which is a few blocks away from the office and picked up a couple of bags of groceries…

they were a bit heavy but I made the trip without feeling too tired… I had worn better boots, so maybe that was the problem yesterday…

even remembered to bring the groceries home at the end of the day…

the fish were happy to see me when I got in… they get lots of exercise swimming around their condo, lol…
