couple of lovely surprises today…

my friend drove me to my doctor’s appointment this afternoon as she has been using my car…

afterwards we went to her house and she showed me a few exercises with weights and then she gave me two three-pound ones…

and they are purple… slightly different from the four pound pair I have…

was cooking my dinner when the doorbell rang and a friend of my Ottawa kids handed me a beautiful swag which my daughter had ordered from them…

it smells gorgeous… now I have to figure out where to put it…

how special is that…
