one of the most difficult things to get sorted out is my late night snack

  
the trick seems to be what time I need to eat it…

supposed to have protein every time I eat and trying to figure out just the right time for the last snack is complicated

  
apparently our pancreas sends out a burst of insulin every morning around three… because mine isn’t quite well behaved, it kind of drips instead of just spewing out a single amount… 

apparently the idea is to eat food that encourages the pancreas to send out a burst of insulin and then stops instead of the drippy business…

one of my favourite snacks is popcorn and almonds… make it in a Tupperware measuring cup with a lid… then add a tiny bit of canola oil and salt…

  
popcorn is always served in a plastic fish bowl… tastes better that way:-)…

appears that eating about ten or ten thirty seems to be the best…
