wonderful start to my day…

  
beautiful flowers, bunnies, bluejays and squirrels…   all within a few minutes… the wonder of having the moment to enjoy this lovely treat…

at yoga today we sat up against a wall and meditated for a while… especially liked being able to lean against something… apparently any comfortable position works, except laying down, lol… 

over the next weeks we are going to try different meditation methods… I am looking forward to it because I have always found meditating difficult… when I close my eyes all I see is black…

good to get back to my yoga practice…
