got up and out this morning… found the Fitbit at the Apple Store and got some help getting it connected to my phone…

once it was charged, got to play with it a bit… think it is going to be fun and an encouragement to be more active…

ran a few more errands including treating myself to a new bowl… because I hardly have any, lol… saw it on Cityline last week and went searching to see if I could find it… with some great customer service, was in and out of Pier 1 in record time, and it was on sale…

finally, had a visit from a young friend who lives in Vancouver… she brought me some very nice maple syrup…

life is good…
