what a treat… my son-in-law stopped by this afternoon…

he checked out the rotten wood on the step and we figured out what is needed to make the needed repair…

of course we also looked at a few other problem areas…

then we had a cup of tea and a chat together on the deck… it was chilly and I wore gloves, but the sun was shining…

nice to have a visitor…
