yesterday morning I started prepping for supper…

I sliced strawberries and then added sugar to macerate them…

later in the day I pulled out the pancake recipe from a well-worn cookbook and got the dry ingredients ready…

once my housemate brought home milk, I finished the mix and started cooking…

microwaved some bacon on the side and whipped the cream…

the first batch of pancakes came out perfectly… mine came from the second batch and may have been a bit darker, lol…

what a delicious dinner;-)…
