did well with eating today…

had yogurt and fruit for breakfast, and a large salad with eggs and chickpeas for lunch…

this afternoon we had cupcakes…

  

I had some almonds with mine as I have to eat some protein with every snack… it was very tasty but unfortunately my body felt a bit overloaded with sugar…

for the next few hours my head ached… just not used to so much sugar any more…

amazing how a person’s body can change in just a few short months…
