found an interesting grape tomato recipe on Instagram…

gave it a try… it used grape tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and basil…

it smelled delicious while it was baking…

then it went into ziplock bags and into the freezer for use in sauces although I think it might be nice as a bruschetta…
