took some time and made a nice breakfast…

quite a while ago, I got some packets of hollandaise sauce… used one for the first time…

started with an Eggo waffle for the base, added some bacon and then a poached egg… finished it off with the hollandaise…

came out nicely and I enjoyed it;-)…
