Friday is yoga at the gym in our office for those who would like to participate… 

this week I asked our yogi to take a few picture for a blog because I would always think about it after the class…

  
we circulate between yin, slow flow, and restorative – which is my favourite…

  
there is yoga on Tuesday’s which is more strenuous, but I only attend the Friday sessions…

  
was worried about how I would feel the next couple of days because we really focussed on the legs…

this morning my legs were very stiff and walking was a little painful, lol… I did walk to the park and that certainly helped…

  
I am constantly surprised at how much more I can do now than when I started… still can’t do much but when I started I had to adjust every pose because I couldn’t do anything… 

two surgeries, months away from work and a big weight loss have all contributed to the healthy body I have now…

trying to figure out how I can keep doing some yoga once I start having every Friday off… hope we are able to sort out a way to have it a different day of the week…

I really enjoy it now… who knew, lol…
