just spent a lovely hour prepping for tomorrow’s staff holiday potluck

cheated a bit and picked up a cooked chicken which I sliced up… put aside the bones for soup which I’ll make tomorrow night… 

then I made my famous spinach dip… well maybe only famous in my circles, lol…

doesn’t take too long to make, but it sure is tasty…

finished with getting peapods, celery and carrots ready to go along with the dip and two types of bread…

looking forward to all the other delicious components of the lunch…
