just spent over half an hour on the phone with an MTS internet technician…

trying to figure out why my wifi keeps dropping from my phone…

been worried that I am going to get an ugly bill at the end of the month…

the person on the phone was very attentive and ran a number of tests as we talked…

a few weeks ago someone had called and offered a higher speed internet for six months at no charge and I had agreed to try it… the problems with my wifi seemed to start just after that…

after the testing it appears that the internet isn’t the cause of the problem…

but he couldn’t figure out what the problem is… he did mention lots of possibilities…

so, now I need to go to the MTS store and have them check out my phone…

way too much contact with MTS this week, sigh…

the new remote still doesn’t work with my tv and I’m supposed to ask for an older version of the remote…

we shall see…
