I’ve had a Fitbit for 5 years and I really like it…

in that time I’ve probably had about three versions of them…

I’ve also had a few replaced due to various problems…

last week I sent them a photo of my Fitbit screen as it had been filled with gray lines for about a week…

they responded the same day and offered up a few suggestions as to what I might try… after I tried their ideas and nothing changed, they advised that my Fitbit was still under warranty so they sent me a replacement, which arrived yesterday…

last night I set it up and it is working perfectly…

they sure provide excellent customer service…
