last night as I went past the window on my way downstairs I spotted the bunny making a trip through the garden…
it was too dark to get a picture so I just stood still and watched… hopped and stopped and hopped some more… at one point it stood up on its hind legs to have a good look around… such fun to watch… then it hopped out of the yard…
tonight, as I drove home huge snowflakes were gently falling… it was so beautiful…
just looked outside and spotted the diamonds in the snow, sparkling like crazy…
winter can be filled with such stunning beauty when you take the time to see it…

very happy it is Friday…
great to have a few days to rest up…
as I stepped outside this morning I took this picture of one of the steps and the snow glittering on it like diamonds…
maybe tomorrow I can get a better shot of the glitter…

wonderful day… up early and walked to the Park Cafe where I met all the kids…
after breakfast we went to visit the polar bears… saw five of them today… although maybe it was all six, because it is difficult to tell them apart…
I am sure that these three were playing ring-around-the-rosy in the pool…
got a good shot of all of the boys with a friend in an inukshuk…
and I was very happy to pick up a new keychain, this one made with wood… my last one lost a leg recently… I bought it with George when we were visiting Vancouver Island…
after a great time I walked home and soaked in the hot tub before having a nap…
got a shot of the special tree by the Park bridge… looked a bit cold, lol…
also got some shots of the snow which looked full of diamonds today…
last night I spent a few glorious moments watching the Northern Lights dance across the sky… I was just getting out of the hot tub and could have missed the whole thing but was so lucky to catch it…
tonight I got a picture of the moon and clouds… sadly, not a good one, but it was a beautiful view…
and topped off the day with eleven thousand steps:-)…
