one of my previous Advent Calendars, which my daughter gave me, is a lovely set of 24 hand painted cards with interesting quotes…
although it isn’t Advent yet, I have been choosing one each day to contemplate;-)…
it is fun to spend some time each day thinking of the quote…

the trees made their way up the stairs…
a string of lights went up first and then each tree was removed from the box…
once they were all out, I had a fun time deciding where each one would go and then adding the smaller ones to every step…
I am always happy to add the various wooden ones that my beloved made;-)…
there are a couple left that will find their way into other rooms to bring holiday cheer;-)…

had a few late Christmas gifts over the last while…
so nice when that happens and you get to enjoy new treats…
I’d been admiring the tree for quite a while, so it was wonderful to have it given to me…
the purple piece under it is one of those lovely handmade dishcloths… I find them excellent in the kitchen and this one is a great shade…
spoiled, lol…

had some fun with pictures today…
reorganized a few items and took a few shots…
angels have been part of my collections forever… now it has been reduced to just a small group…
a few are handmade puppets;-)…
when my eyes aren’t glued to the tv, this is what I see… can see beams of light early in the day and also midday as well…
I do love sunlight…
