dinner and the theatre… well, more like lunch and the theatre, lol…

tried out PF Changs before we went to PTE…

it is a nice spot although a bit loud… we were treated to a dynamite shrimp cocktail while we waited for our lunch… it was delicious…

we ordered and shared two items… Crispy Honey Shrimp and Kung Pow Brussels sprouts… both were good…

there was an issue with our bill but the manager was able to sort it out and offered us a dessert the next time we go…

from there it was off to PTE, where we saw Ghost Light… it was very well done with a minimal set… it was both funny and poignant…

I do enjoy our theatre dates;-)…

busy but productive day…

started with an early morning meeting to do some work on a program that I am looking forward to learning more about… was great to catch up with the other two participants… we had some lovely snacks while we worked…

once that was done, I was picked up by a good friend and we headed to PTE…

on the way we stopped for bread and had lunch at the Pho Hoang… not sure why I look at the menu, because I always choose the steak and brisket pho, lol…

had leftovers to bring home for tomorrow…

we enjoyed The Wedding Party… amazing what 6 people can do;-)…

home to take it easy for the evening;-)…

this morning my daughter and I went for pedicures… included the paraffin which is always so rejuvenating…

the massage always makes my legs and feet feel wonderful… after we were done, she dropped me off at home and took the car as they needed an extra one for an event tomorrow…

came into the house, changed my clothes and was picked up by a friend to go to the theatre… had to be careful I didn’t smudge my toes as I was changing …

I am always interested in the way the set is used… today we had a drink beforehand and some delicious homemade cookies that my friend brought… yum…

later as I was eating my dinner I listened to the thunder rolling… ran around and took a few pictures of the sky…

this one was out the back… pretty dark out there…

towards the front the sun was shining…

not sure what took place elsewhere in the city, but nothing actually happened here…
