just realized that my knee is feeling great… haven’t had a twinge for a few days… very happy that it is doing so well… interesting how all of a sudden something doesn’t hurt…usually at which point it occurs to me how miserable it has been…

today I was back at yoga… our yogi took a few pictures for me…

worked on some excellent poses to strengthen shoulders and upper back… might even practice some of them at home…

it is always wonderful when your body is doing well and there are no twinges…
