now that I’m working again on Fridays I am back to Friday yoga…
it is harder than what we were doing before I left… at that time we cycled through 3 types – restorative, slow flow and yin… they were simpler and more basic, which is really more my speed…
the Friday class is now a follow up from the Tuesday one which I don’t attend… feels like I am always in catch-up mode… also haven’t done yoga since last March…
still trying to decide if I will continue on or whether I might look for something else to do…
currently I am walking on the treadmill for 10 to 15 minutes every weekday and trying to get to aquasize on Tuesday evenings…
maybe I will start to lift weights one night during the week or spend time during a lunch hour on the treadmill at the office…
