I’ve had my yoga mat out for a few weeks now… since I saw my physiotherapist…

for the first week I did a couple of exercises involving rocking my legs and lifting them to my chest… not too difficult and they seemed to help with the twisted knee…

then, the next week a new exercise involving my core came along…

this one seems more complicated and harder… which also makes it harder to get down and do them, lol…

but, this week marks 14 years since I had a hernia/hysterectomy surgery to deal with cancer of the uterus which made me cancer-free…

that puts a little thing like a difficult exercise into perspective, doesn’t it🤨….
