this afternoon we attended our last PTE theatre program of the season…
it was a well done discussion of a complex issue with lots of humour… we are looking forward to next season…
afterwards we went for ice cream at Sargent Sundae to mark the event;-)… it was delicious…
now we are planning other adventures over the summer…

yesterday my son-in-law and youngest grandson came over…
we ran out and got a few errands done and then made a late lunch…
my son-in-law barbecued steaks and my grandson sliced mushrooms and chopped lettuce for our salad…
first barbecue of the year and it was delicious…
while the steaks were cooking my son-in-law cleaned up a bit of the yard and the pond… and he found three clumps of frog spawn…
been listening to frogs croaking since I’ve been home, so very excited and hopeful that we will have lots of tadpoles and frogs…
then we walked over to Sargent Sundae for ice cream, although it was a bit chilly, lol…

when will these days be over…
had a very rough day today… keep thinking that I should be done with days like this… when I just really want to lay on my bed and cry, but instead have to work and try to keep the tears from coming…
549 days… shouldn’t that be enough… shouldn’t I be able to get on with life… what is my problem…
tonight the kids came and we picked up some groceries and made dinner… then we went to Sargent Sundae for ice cream… perked me up a little bit…
how can you feel sorry for yourself with all the energy surrounding you, lol…
got a shot of someone’s new running shoes which are orange with camo…
