spent a little time preparing some Easter treats for my grandkids…

was watching tv and saw a cute bunny made from a paper lunch bag, and dug some out of the storeroom…

it was such fun crafting them… not hard, but enjoyable… filled them with a few goodies, found ribbons and made nametags…

sorry I can’t show you what is inside, lol, but who knows who might see this post;-)…

they look very sweet and are waiting to be picked up and delivered for next Sunday…

I’ve been trying to do something creative most days…

today I cut back all the roses and made a few different arrangements with them…

I liked the look of this Japanese teapot…

this is a fire pot so it was fun to use it in a different way…

here is what they looked like before the rearrangement…

lots of fun…

on my way out of the kitchen after doing the flowers I spent time walking on the spot and watching a bunny on the deck snacking at the saucer where I had just put some seed…

it was nice to see that the sparrows came right up to the feeder, even when the bunny was there… the squirrels always chase everyone else away… they are greedy, lol…

I’ve been watching a bunny in the garden when I hot tub … a few days ago I spotted it on the deck…

recently I walked into the kitchen and saw it at the feeder on the deck, so I tiptoed into the living room and got my camera…

quietly made my way back to the kitchen and snuck up to the patio door and took a few pictures….

so cute…

what a wonderful day yesterday… slept in, and when I got out of bed, saw hoarfrost on the trees out the bedroom window…

as I passed the window on the staircase, I spotted a bunny having a snack… first one I’ve seen on the deck this winter…

and the views out the window were wonderful… I even went outside a couple of times to get a few photos… some when it was overcast…

and some in the sunlight…

so beautiful, and a reminder of a day with my beloved when we took a drive to photograph hoarfrost…

on New Year’s Day, I barbecued steak and lobster for my dinner…

the weather was lovely which made standing around in the garage comfortable, lol…

as I came and went, I would visit with the bunny that was hanging around at the back of the garden…

was pleased with how both the steak and lobster turned out, particularly as I so rarely use the barbecue…

and there were mushrooms, a baked potato and melted butter… and a tiny glass of wine…

a great way to kick-off the new year…

had some fun taking photos of the moon setting and the sun rising…

ran back and forth from the front of the house, to the back to get the pictures…

amongst all the back and forth-ing, I also caught a shot of a plane and a bunny…

just a few days before that, I’d tried to get a shot of the full moon as it was setting, but clouds got in my way…

had a very relaxing day…

slept in a bit… for me, lol… put out the cushions, watered the garden and had breakfast by the pond…

enjoyed all the flowers on the mandevilla and spent time with my book…

while I was reading, I looked up to see this…

the little bunny that I’ve spotted a number of times, but not been able to get a picture of… today it sat by the chair and enjoyed some greens while I took pictures…

when it got too hot to stay outside I came into the house and watched sports on tv and napped…

so sluggish that I ordered my groceries to be delivered tomorrow… really the height of laziness…

looking forward to gathering with my BS buddies tonight…

apparently the Easter bunny stopped by a bit early as I won’t see them closer to the holiday…

although we will be celebrating Easter, it is snowing like crazy right now…

the ground was clear when I got home from work;-(… all of those gray spots and lines are snowflakes coming down…

worked around the house today… never set foot outside…

did a number of loads of laundry, made zucchini basil soup, sorted through the tax file to be sure everything was there, paid bills online and watched skiing and skating on tv…

when I looked out the back, spotted the bunny… haven’t seen her for a few weeks…

when I looked out the front, got a lovely shot of the sun behind clouds…

snow is melting, even without much sunshine… woo hoo…

backyard shenanigans…

came across my bunny friend in the garden…

I feel a bit like she’s a pet;-)…

then much later I heard a loud noise but couldn’t see where it came from…

just a while ago, I looked out the window and spotted this icicle that had fallen onto the hot tub…

happy I wasn’t in the hot tub at that moment, lol…
